George - if these are the same tires, can they be swapped between classes? or must all race sets be finalized/specified before qualifying?
Basically I'm planning on running mod and 17.5 (to pass the time) and I'm trying to not buy 22 sets of tires. Just trying to find the right balance. Abusing the first run in mod, and then running for 3+ in stock feels like the right idea.

Your just gonna have to make extra trips since we will keep all the tires in impound no tires will be allowed in the pits during the race
During practice you will decide how many sets you will check in pit
The target is 6 qualifiers plus triple A
Mod class we will be using the new Ifmar rule 3 min to sauce tires no tire Warmers allowed
17.5 sauce away

After driver registration is completed schedule will change to follow Ifmar rules
Midday during controlled practice seeding will be done using best avg lap or direction used by Ifmar
Tires also will remain in a controlled area
Wiping off tires after qualifying will be allowed then returned to the controlled area
Tires that are checked in will not be allowed out of the controlled area aka pits
You will be allowed to purchase any amount of tires for practice
11 Max sets allowed to be done during registration check in
