Last week was Chinese New Year, maybe this has something to do with it. Steve has always answered my emails quickly in the past. You can alwo try posting in the Speedtechrc forum as Steve answers questions there too.

VenomWorldOrder,

I'm sorry about that. No, we are not on holidays. Sometimes quite honestly due to the amount of emails I get, I just miss them. Please send it again.

Rod M,

I sent you a reply that combined all three of your email questions into one email. You might want to check the "SPAM" box...sometimes our emails gets filtered into there. If not, I'll send it again

Yes, sometime Steve's email gets sent to my spam box as well. That's how I almost missed a preorder because of that. And I was wondering what was up with it. Now I know to check my other box when I'm expecting a reply from him.

Default This is very important!

Guys,

Do me a favor, if you're going to inquire about your email inquiries, you have to leave me a name (first and last), and/or your email address. I do not know screen names on here and therefore I can not match up a screen name to an email. If you don't feel comfortable providing that, just send the email again.

If you're inquirying something via email, and you don't get a response from me, it is quite possible that I might have missed it (with over 100 emails I get everyday, with over 3000 customers in our database, it is quite possible that I might miss an email or two) just simply try sending it again. There is NO need to post on here asking about an email.

Thanks for understanding guys, and I apologize if I sound harsh, but this is getting a bit out of hand.

Sincerely,

Steve Wang

p.s. I will no longer reply to this thread, please direct everything to existing thread that we have on here. Thanks!
