Here's a good starting point for carpet:

Front:
Springs 0.018 with Kyosho yellow lube on kingpins
Blocks 5 deg - Caster in middle
Camber -1.5
Front Ride Height 3.5mm - 4mm

Rear:
T-plate .062 Med with 2 screws on pod.
Tubes Kyosho yellow grease (I've also used red stuff)
Ride Height: 4mm

Shock:
kit shock 30wt or IRS shock 35wt
Olive center spring

Tires:
Pink rears and double pink or purple fronts depending on the track.

Hello All,

I've been away the past few days trying to catch up on a lot of stuff as well as spending a bit of time at the hospital with my wife, welcoming our 2nd lil one!! It's scary to think she's bigger and stronger than my firt daughter!! All is well so it means I am back to work.

Yesterday, we did some testing with Mr. Blackstock and found a few very interesting things with the C12. With the current set-ups we use on the C12, we always seem to need just a bit more on-throttle steering and slightly less initial steering into the corner - especially on high bite tracks at the major events. I planned out about 8-12 things I wanted to test with Mike and we only made it to #2 before the day was done and .15-.2 per lap was found..

I'm working on the files right now.... Images, more info coming soon with details on these:

Brushless Upper Pod Plate (3mm graphite)
Brushless Lower Pod Plate (3mm graphite)
Center Shock mount

Josh, I heard you were making the plates wider to take advantage of the new offset of the new jaco wheels. I was wondering if you were also trying to do anything as far as centering the weight of the BL motors in the pod since they are heavier on what used to be the endbell end of the motors?

Yes I believe Josh is balancing the weight for the brushless motor plates.
I'm sure we'll know soon!

It's the Kyosho yellow diff grease for gas cars. I think you can order it from www.CEFXraceway.net if your local hobby shop doesn't have it.

Heelo!Mr.Josh Cyrul.
I want communication from you immediately. I informed it of the part which was necessary for an all-Japan championship performed from September 28. You give me an email whether it is answered this request. I ask!

I'll be there Rich. Possibly some guys from GR too... What class would you like to run? I'm game for anything.

Ah, cool!

I still have to build my car but my goal is to have it done by Sunday.

I am planning on racing mod since all I have is a 10.5 brushless motor. The batteries I have are probably pretty poopy since I last ran them at last year's Halloween Classic. So, I will most likely dump at the two minute mark.

Maybe I'll loan the LiPo to Rich so he can run it out the back door. It'll give him an extra 6 minutes to take out BA Baracus.
