Not needed at all.Upgrade to the new scte shock parts and never look back!If Your truck has not been lightened and You run a very rough track with 1/8 scale jumps and 1/8 scale electronics(3 cell and 1/8 motors) than Maybe you will see some advantage!

Red and Tacky #2... nuff said! Besides I have seen it for myself after opened Mobile 1 grease will separate if not used after a while. Make matters worse is it will then leak it's less viscous contents through the gun and onto the floor.

Try the 2.0 rod ends , use the 2.0 ball mounts that go to the shock towers , then use the HA balls on the rest.

Need assistance in locating part # or correct size of the flathead screws (only) that are used to hold gears onto differential housing case. Any assistance is greatly appreciatd.
Thank you,
Thank you,
My rear diff is starting clicking loudly on hard braking, as if the mesh between the ring and pinion gear is off. Are the necessary shims availablye without the aluminum gearbox inserts?

Check your rear drive shaft pinion bearings. Thats causing the clicking noise. The bearing may be worn out, causing your drive shaft+pinion gear to wobble, making your ring and pinion gear "click" on hard braking and hard acceleration.

mine did that for the longest time until i got the aluminum gearbox inserts... part of the problem is that the diff will twist a little under hard braking...

Thanks, if all else fails I'll go that route.
