Default CAN I TURN A TRAXXAS E-MAXX IN TO A CRAWLER?

I want to know if any of u have turned a emaxx into a crawler? Not a conversion. I have an idea of trying it using yeti xl rims and tires.

The older 3906 works just ok for a crawler, because of the two speed trans. Just increase spur and drop pinion size to the minimum and it will go pretty slow in 1st. You could probably replace the Titan 550's with some higher wind motors, but I have never seen anyone do it. I wouldn't want to try on a 3908 though lol.

I want the brush emaxx and 17mm hex to run other wheel combo. An try 4 wheel steer setup.

Yes you can. RCCrawler.com has an entire section dedicated to Traxxas Maxx crawlers.

Don't bother coming to RCTech for crawler advice. This place is mostly for racers and wannabe racers.
