My 12

I really enjoy running 12 scale I never had near as much fun in other scale racing and the maintenance is minimal compared to the other classes, anyway a couple of pics of my CRC Gen X

( I've gone 1s cell,brushless,Tekin RS Pro, and have my own tire truer since these pics, and still learning.)

Nice set up! what are you using as a 6v booster when running lipo? I am looking at something other than the novak booster. Is yours plug and play or do you hvae to do some soldering?

Its a plug in. One female lead that plugs into your reciever and a male plug on the other side.
I used a female plug with the red, and black, and soldered them to the esc. Its pretty easy.

Heres a few pics of my 12r5. Did a run with new lipo and it seemed good. I am using TQ booster that is next to my receiver and glued the power button on the RS button.

Carbon Tape

Carbon style tape can be found where they sell the Pine Cars (DIY) under accesories you can find stickers, and a sheet of "Carbon" Sticker. Hope this helps a bit.

I can't remember if I posted these pics on here before or not, it's been a while since this thread was active. Well, here's a couple of pics of my own chassis design one with twin damper tubes, the other with a single damper tube. Have n't ran this car for a while as it's gone LiPo, but it will make a comeback as a LiPo car soon!
