I have just finished my race body, and thought you should see it.

I'm going to my first race with my F104v2 on sunday - and havn't even had the car for a drive yet

Having used PaintLab decals for my shelf body (check the Caterham F1 a couple pages back), I used a cheap eBay supplier for this body. I have to say the quality is much lower, and I now really dislike decals printed on white vinyl....

Anyway - meet the team CoolSpeed/Marlboro Menthol F1 (its sistercar is a Marlboro Light version..), driven by Mr. A. Senna.

Hi, Attached photo of the new F1 Force India Car for 2014. It looks like it has
the nose of a Williams F15 with side pods of 2013 cars. It will be interesting
what the other F1 cars for 2014 look like. I hope Tamiya or some other manufacturer will come up with new bodies with low wings. Regards

This is good looking but it is also known that this is just for presentation.
FI allready told that the nose will be different when they are going to race.
As from the side and the color sceme it looks great.

Regards Roy

@Peter $,
Where did you get the face to go in the helmet? That really looks good!

Using the side plates from the F104Pro wing with the Ferrari or McLaren wing elements might be close to what you are looking for. The opposite has been done to produce a wide tall, non scale wing

Isn't that just a really well done hand painted Tamiya Helmet?

Chevron used to make a helmet that had a driver's face and clear lexan wind screen.

Hi, Here is the 2014 Williams F1 car. Horrible nose. If they are going to be all like this I will not be adding any to my collection. Regards

It's the standard Tamiya drivers head, used in all their rereleased buggies. Part number 0225033

Exactly - Except that mine is an original helmet I have had lying from waaaay back :-)

I actually only put it on temporarily, until I have painted the real helmet. But now I think it looks rather cool - even though its not that realistic looking in a modern F1...
