My order n°3765 is in "assembling order" state since the 06/05. We're the 12/05.
Usally it's shipmenet is quite long because I order some armature.
This time, there juste batteries.
Why is it so long to ship them ?
I need them for the end of next week. If it's don't send very fast I'll received this batteries to late.

Email is currently not working, I am having some issues with Comcast. PM ME HERE.
Thinking of going with Comcast for your cable? Don't. I'm having nothing but issues with them now and none of their techs speak english. Started with 403 errors everywhere, now I can't download email or log into the web client. None of my music services work, and I can't log in anywhere that has a security certificate...I think it's because I downloaded too much but they won't admit it, best I've gotten is them saying "wait until your billing cycle has renewed." So I'm guessing that is indeed the issue.

chrispy, your order should ship today or tomorrow. You're only in it 4 business days, weekends don't count.
Why does it take us 4 days to ship something? Due to order volume we have a typical lag of 3-6 days, which is pretty standard in mail order. Very few companies have enough help or are slow enough to ship same day.
Your order has been printed and is in the queue, I just can't update the order status on the site as it gives me an error..thanks to Comcast..but I did get it printed and out in the queue.
For instance I ordered a pinion gear from a company 7 days ago, still have not gotten it. How long does it take to ship a pinion gear? Depends on how large the incoming order queue is.

I think I'll definitely not have the items in France for the end of next week. I ordered early yo be sure that it'll be at home in time.

I finally have email again.
Order Status has been messed up the last couple of weeks since I have been unable to submit to our web site the update in order status because of my network issues. Orders "assembling" might have already shipped, in fact all have that are in our order queue. I still cannot update the status, so most orders will be stuck in the "assembling" stage for sometime..
Everything ordered shipped back on Monday/Wednesday so you should see your orders soon.
I do apologize for the delay in some of our orders going out. Without going on a 10 page tirade about our "land lord" I will just say it was out of our hands.

Reedy 19T ... F's, 767's or 4499's. If it's hot out or the motor is fading, try F's, otherwise use a more inexpensive brush.
Sorry Kevin, I had replied to you. The dyno sheets are marked corresponding to the motor/order involved and it is sitting on the motor build table at the shop. I will get the #'s off of it and post them for you, sorry about that...someone just forgot to include it when in a rush to get the motor out.
