CONFIRMS !!!!
When you attends to a big race, just simply replace this part!

thanks mate. i tested the fuel tube from pipe to tank. no isssues. i recently changed my tank as the old one was broken. i'll "sink test" it tommorow. this engine has been really good to me so i hope it hasn't died!

maybe my fuel isn't of the best quality. when there is a black ring close to the top of the sleave does this mean my fuel is no good...or that i'm running it hot?

i do not think you have problem with that black ring as long as your engine compression still hold true.

Hi Guys,

I'm thinking of getting some Novarossi .21 on-road engines & get them tuned.

The R1 WC is the obvious choice but this has some work already done in the factory.

Is there a bog standard .21 on-raod which you could use as your base engine for tuning?

Many Thanks

Actualy R1 WC is very good engine to work with. They still left some metall on right place, which needs to be massaged.

85-95ºC ? Means complete brain meltdown! If are ºF probably a 6 or 7Tf and much depends on which kind of track you will run... Lots of backstraight at full throttle and none hairpins? Get a 7Tf... a 6Tf will give you a crisp low-end...
