XRAY T4'20 SPEC

Yup, just ordered both versions. Put the 1.6 on in the beginning of the race day, then maybe change to the 2.0 after the 2nd qualifier (after the traction comes up a bit). See how it goes. According to RCMaker there should be no issues with any combination of the Spur/Pinion

I noticed with the Awesomatix that the RC maker decks break a lot easier than a stock one I've done 3 "flex decks" on my a800 and in 5 yrs have never broken a std (pre mid mount) top deck and only once cracked a mid mount top deck. To be expected when any force has to go along a single line of CF rather than being split between 2

anyone play t4 20 for blinky race? Is short rear belt car better for blinky?

I just built my '20 and had to really tighten the rear belt to keep it from hitting the motor mount. I would normally run the rear belt much looser. I am wondering if the drag from a tight belt will be better or worse then the drag from the belt hitting the motor mount. What do you think?
I left the front belt loose, but should I tighten it up to match the rear belt or not?
Thanks!
