Thanks, Adrian. That's super cool coming from you (especially since I know you worked with PW and his car layouts and wiring are works of art). The battery wires are a little shorter after this past Sunday (I changed the orientation of the tabs they solder to on my battery packs). That pic was taken after rewiring the car 3 times. The first time was after I had finished building the car initially and found out I had the servo mounts in the wrong holes. The second time was when I decided I wanted to flatten out the servo. And, the third time was when I decided I wanted to try lengthening the center shock. I'm not good at planning ahead, eh? Haha!

If you look closely at the pics you can kinda seem the gleam of the flash off of the lower arm spacers. LOL!

Apex - I'm using the Futaba 9602. I think those are the stock flex plates? I bought a bunch of them from Jason when I purchased the car and dumped them all in a pile while I measured them so I don't remember which ones came with the car. I put those on because that is the thickness I had used when I ran a T-bar car a loooong time ago.

Kail - I love that board. It also works for 1/10th and 1/8th scale cars. Folks at the track often times ask me to use it.

Redlion - Slapmaster is correct, it is the one CEFX makes for their car. I had to redrill the holes (they were close, but not close enough). You are better off getting the bumper from Slapmaster since it is made for the BMI car and is also a great bumper. Normally I would not run such a wide bumper like the one on my car (CEFX does make a narrow version) but the material Josh uses doesn't bend back very easily and I have a bad habit of clipping corners.

Whats the consensus on cutting down the roll over antenna w/ the new DSS systems? My antenna only comes halfway up on the antenna post.

Hey Fred!

Keep it full length...we still need it as a roll over antenna. We had a guy locally try to run with no antenna and while the radio worked perfectly, unlike sedans most of the time an upside down 1/12th will never get right side up without help....and they slide FOREVER and hit HARD when they stop

Fred, my Roll over antenna, is only about 1/2 as tall a stock one. It still performs it's intended objective, and works fine. I did not cut it down on purpose, just broke it at a race, trimmed it up, and have never replaced it.

what do you guys reccomend for prism tires for crc carpet 13.5 racing, and also for 6.5 mod. I am not real familiar with the jaco's I usually run BSR.

For 13.5 try double pink fronts and yellow rear. If you need less steering try lilac fronts. The Yellow rears are a low rubber foam that generates less traction. This makes the car more free and efficient with the limited power you get from stock and 13.5 motors. Low rubber foam like Yellow, Grey and White do not have enough forward traction to run 19T/10.5 and mod. You will light up the tires out of the corners.

For 19t/10.5/Mod run double pink fronts and double pink rears.
