Now I'm begining to understand about the car better than just reading the manual online ....lol
. after building the car ,it make more sense to me to see how the suspension work and set up the car...
I know some people are useing the Oring to hold the two parts together...imo
I think is okay to use the O ring as long they aren't too tight..cause when the lower arm goes up and down the two part slided together in and out..
Question to jake
On your hangar30 set up sheet..your spring load set up is max setting ,why is
that? ( too much rolled or too much steering into the turn)
will the sway help?

Glad to see the build went quickly. I spent way too much time gazing at the parts. It took me three days ( according to the time stamps on the pictures ).
Yes, with soft spring rates the car rolled a bit more than I wanted through the chicane near the drivers stand. I wanted it to be more direct and confident through there since a crash there can really tear up a car... but more importantly the stiffer spring rate helped through the bumpy high speed sweeper. My feeling is the car compressed too much and bottoms out upon landing after the car "launched" from the big bump. The result is a snap oversteer. I also had to drive a very precise and smooth arc through the sweeper even with the stiffer spring rate or it would oversteer and I'd have to counter steer a bit ( again, all due to the bumps). That being said, with more track time I bet a softer than max setup is probably best, I just was using coarse "binary" adjustments to see what the car would do with extreme spring settings.
At Time Zone II there were fewer abrupt transitions and no bumps, so I was able to run softer spring rates. Of course I really haven't had adequate time to test and tune at the Hangar or at Time Zone II.
I haven't tried sway bars yet, that could help in the chicane for sure.
I haven't run Symmetrical Damper settings either, so maybe that will help in the bumps and allow softer spring rates. Also, I want to play with bump steer.
And by the way Franko, we will be moving the track position quite a bit this next race so hopefully the bump in the sweeper will be less of an issue. Then the new layout in January should remove these bumps from being as much of a problem. Thats a local thing so if you want to discuss that its probably better to PM me about that than bore everyone here !
