Were do you get the blue bump stops for the new v2 arms.? Do you use longer ball studs to attach them ?

They are stock parts from the TRF103. Yes use posts or nylon ball cups even

Look at the difference between the new V2 arms (top) and the older arms!

it just feels that this will make the car too wide, esp if you pair it up with the exotek wheels, thats 4mm each side, 8mm total.

No, for todays premounts, that most people are running these days, the wider arms are perfect width. With the IFS;

Gravity/Ride premounts are 189mm wide
Volante fronts are 185mm wide.
CRC fronts are about 188mm wide.
And Shimizu is gone so you wont be worrying about that combo soon....

F1's run better with around 190mm width in the rear so you want the fronts width to come close to that.

Put my v2 kit on last night on my f1r3 chassis with the aluminum chassis plate, the lower screws that go into the rear arm holder were to long at 8mm had to swap out for some 6mm I had in my parts box. anyone else run into this. I measured screw twice to make sure I was using the right screw.

I’m not sure which part you are referring to.

The bulk head and the blue aluminum brace that holds the lower arms. The aluminum brace is loose with 8 mm screws had to swap to a 6mm screw for it to snug up before bottoming out
