Which car hauler bag is the best?
#121
Has anyone tried using a drop bottom wheeled duffel bag? I was looking at them and it looked like wheels, parts, charger, etc could fit in the bottom portion if you were to build up the sides with cardboard or plastic material. then keep vehicles in the top duffel portion.
just wondering if anyone has tried this before.

How much other stuff fits into the JConcepts? Is that the medium sized one? Thanks!

There is a few guys and myself that use a Stanley fatmaxx tool box, holds a lot of gear I can fit my buggy in the top portion and 2 more stacked on top the handle holds them up their nicely. I like it very much

Pretty cool idea. I may purchase this. Living in a city apartment with a small storage space, I'm looking for something to store 2 rollers and all my gear in that stands up, then can be rolled out to the car.
There may be better solutions outside of the RC world. $150 - $200 for cardboard/plastic and some cheap fabric is laughable.
Any other ideas out there?

OGIO 9800. Your car might fit. It depends on how much stuff you have. This thing is what a lot of Pro's use to travel with and what friends and myself will be using. TLR just released the OGIO 9800 bag with their Logo on it. These bags stand up well to our use.

I have had the hauler bags and in my opinion they are all over priced and junk for the most part. The drawers are all the same thin plastic that bends and falls apart.

Wow - That Ogio bag is awesome. For me, my limited space requires a Hauler that can be used for storage and taken to the track. The Ogio would be great for extended travel, but then would have to load/unload. If I traveled overnight though to race, I would get the OGIO.

I'm just looking for something to take to the local track. I don't plan on travelling with my cars or anything. I liked the jconcepts backpack but everywhere I check has been out of stock. Anything comparable out there? I have a 1/10 buggy and tools and two sets of tires usually.

I have a few ogio bags and they are awesome. They are the most durable and we'll made bags I have seen, but I want something that is specifically setup to haul my cars. I can't see spending $200 on one of these bags though. The JCONCEPTS medium racing bag looks pretty nice for about $85 and to be the same as the team magic formula 10 bag. Anyone have this JCONCEPTS bag? Is the wing tote pro hauler that much nicer for twice the price?
