wow.... impressed indeed. this is truely a new concept indeed. but i am looking at the slimness of the top deck and i wonder if its going to tweak easily.

this car is amazing down to the smallest details!

The goal of the bulkheads was to allow easy access and not disturb the shock towers and camber links so there would be no chance of changing or tweaking the car while working on it.

The bulkheads are 6mm thick; this allows for a very small topdeck

We did a lot of design work and testing about how the car twist. We have a jig that checks the twist of the cars with dial indicatiors under varying degrees of torque. The chassis has proven to take some serious twisting loads and return to center every time.

Most of this has to do with the fact that all the screw locations in the bulkheads are symetrical left to right. From a stress analyisis standpoint even though the bulkheads are diffrent the car behaves as if they are identical.
