Or cheaper yet as a possibility use pvc pipe like they use for onroad.Wood maybe nicer, but more "bang for ya buck" as they say for the pipe.

Yes and no. Yes, they would work..for a while. They'd be too soft and the dirt would never hold up overtop of them. PVC would hold up, but the cost is the factor. Doug mentioned the corrugated fiberglass roofing material, which would work, but only if you left it bare as the ridges are so shallow that putting dirt on top is only going to smooth it out and not follow the contour on the surface. Otherwise, I'm out of ideas for a rumble strip.

is there no end in sight? this rain seems to want to kill our season before it even starts. at this point we are so behind in the build i dont know when we will be ready. we just cant seem to get a break.

I know what you mean...i need to get racing soon to curb my painting addiction...ive got another one on the bench now that's almost ready to airbrush that will make 7 or 8 slash bodies now that I need to smash up!!

yeah, i have another one the way and i'm thinkin about getting another one for my rc8e. wonder if there is some sort of therapy for this............. oh wait RACING!!
