Yup. my droop is the up travel as you mention. horsham has great traction on race days..... it comes out quickkly on off days though. I have run both 4 and 6 degree blocks on the set up and both worked out well. But that looks pretty tight from the pic..... might want to try 4.

you might also want to run something heavier than HB diff lube in the front diff.

your set-up was about dead on, I upgraded to alumminum steering block and broke a ball stud off in the steering block, after about a 20 minutes of trying to drill it out I ended up removing a lot of material, so to continue with the race nite I removed the 2mm shim son that the ball stud would have enough of material to screw into. Funny this this made the fell better and my lapstime improved, might try 2 degrees castor blocks

Jason,

Thought I would let you know I used the BMI carpet chassis on my T2 to win both Stock and 19t in the Roar region 11 race. It was on asphalt too!

Just haven't got around to switching back to the regular chassis from the vegas race...

i was going to run 1/12th at our region 4 race but the turnout sucked so i decided not to.next weekend should be a good turnout for our turkey shoot carpet race.im going to be running the BMI Cyclone and BMI DB12.hopefully i can get used to running carpet so i dont fumble at the snowbirds this year.

hey guys,

just want to keep you guys up to date with what is new or in the pipeline at BMI. The new T2 007 chassis and top deck will be running this week, The new 1/12th prototype car will be making its 1st run this coming weekend if all goes well. The 1/12th car is going to have a new style rear suspension that if all goes well will set new standards for the 1/12th industry. We will also be working on cyclone blades and spools,T2 spools, and i am also working with Billy Easton on a new Yokomo BD carpet chassis kit.It will be a Billy Easton edition carpet kit. i hope to have everything ready by the new year.
