I've come across anther thing The aluminium piece that holds the exhaust pipe stay to the upper deck does not fit in without a bit of dremmel work. I've checked and checked and double checked the manual and i'm not doing anything wrong, it actually looks different than the manual's. Has anyone else had this problem or did i get a dud kit?
It's a tight fit, that's for sure.
I've been using the KM-RC front alu bearing holder, this has a mount for the exchaust in it. its less flexible (you have to bend the exhaust spring to fit the pipe) but it might help you...

Just an odd observation, but is the front blue spring a different colour to the rear blue spring?
Also, with the 09 kits, the photos show a red brake pad, but included was a black one.
Finally, anyone using the rear back post stops? (# 331342) - just wondering if these will make the rear shock tower more exposed to breakage, as I am sure a good hit (or accident and flip) would crack the tower

I need a bit of advice rather urgently. I don't have one way lube yet (order still hasn't arrived) but i want to finish breaking my motor in. Is there something that i could use just for today to get me out of trouble. Like after run oil or a drop of silicone oil, air filter oil etc.
Thanks, much appreciated
