The kit went together very well, no problems. Think I only used, 2mm hex driver, 1.5mm hex driver and a small Philips screw driver for the screws that secure the pulley to the front one-way.

Once and for all, does it have 3 or 2.5mm main chassis?
It has a 2.5mm main chassis. The front and rear braces and the shock towers are 3.0mm think. The car is still very stiff, not as stiff as the original TRF415 but still a very small amout of flex.

Is the suspension on the MS the exact same stuff that comes in the lightweight suspension kit? I'm looking to stack up on spare parts, and that just seems like an easy way to get some.

What happens if my 415MS suspension smells like oranges, and my lightweight suspension smells like apples. Will they be interchangeable?

Sure thing ... But you have one sweet suspension set up on your 415 (hides for cover)
