I went there today and talked to the guy he was very cool and told me both tracks should be done by spring. He said the warehouse they are Building the tracks in is the size of one city block.

I'll believe it when I see it also. I've been hearing about the South Philly track for the longest.
It would be cool if we could use one of the parking lots off of Delaware ave and set up a corse there. Thats dreaming.

People are complaining casue you keep premoting this track and hobby shop but you know absolutley nothing about it. How about finding something out and reporting it, not just blanket statements about the place. Actuall facts.

way to make friends...

you're just about asking all the philly guys that go elsewhere NOT to come down here..

Hell, I'm in Philly and I probably won't go there just based on the attitude and information provided in this thread...

If I'm gonna be driving 20-30 mins to go race close to me, I'm going to an established track, with an established website, established racer base and established information...or at the very least, someone who can provide info about the place - not just plug the mytical R/C track

Well prob by now nobody cares lol but i talked to the guy the other day and the building of the tracks has begun. He seems really cool. Can't wait till it's all done! Just in time for the outdoor racing to start lol.

but he's building indoor tracks that sound like they will be open right in the middle of outdoor season...what kind of draw is he looking to get??

If he wants to get some of the more "established" racers to his track, it would probably be in his best interest to either a) get online here and sell the track and/or b) update the website with more information

but hey, I'm surley at times and that's just my opinion...
