Default Limestone are Lava ???????

I am starting to build a back yard track an had some quick questions i thought i would throw out there, i can get pretty good size limestone from work and i came across some big lava rock on craigslist, i was wondering what yall think would be the best candidate for a back yard track, had anyone ever crawled on lava rock before? if so how is it. Any feedback is greatly appreciated
