Default Awsome Event!

Every once and a while you come accross a few people in the world that realy leave an impression on you. Well, this race, unlike people does just that. It was a SMOOTH and Flawless event. Everything went well, and the racing was incredible and VERY Close... In qualifying, I believe it was 7 or 8 cars that were within a second of each other.....now thats close!

Thank you Dave, Gary and the entire Port Charlotte crew for a great time this weekend. Its racing and times like these that make events bigger and better each year!

Congrats to all the winners!!!!!

I have the main and qual results posted.

http://www.rc-racing.org

I have many people to thank. The Crew Gary, Sean, Bill, Carla, Linda
and Chris. These people are there each and everythime we race. Also
big thanks to Crystal, Kelley and Jack for there help this weekend.

The racing was excellent and there was plenty of great racing this
weekend. Saturday Nights dinner was a blast and we should really do
more of that. Not often a bunch of racers from all over this state get
together and break bread.

I also want to thank the racers for coming. I hope you all had some
fun. Wish everyone could take home a big prize.

Congrats to all the raffel winners. The Crew thanks all the sponsors:
Harbor Cheveron, Mugan Seiki, Serpent USA, Airtronics, Parma, Venom
Racing, Hobbie Warehouse, Hobby Shop, Sidewinder Fuel, O'donnell Fuel,
Duratrax and Kwik Lube.

Congrats to the A-Main winners: In 1/10th Sedan it was Joe Sumasky
with his Xray NT1. And in 1/8th Open it was Tommy DeSantis with his
Mugen MRX4-R.

See you all at the next event. Our next club race is June 10th.

Dave

Mike & I had a great time - want to say thanks to Gary, Dave. Carla and the rest of the Crew for putting on a well ran event. Apart from the "love bugs", we had a great deal of fun as usual. Congrats to the winners! Also thanks to the sponsers for the great prizes and support. I have updated my website with a slideshow from this past week-ends race.

Thanks to Dave, Gary, Linda, & all else who helped out!! It was a very fun filled weekend of racing & enjoying good friends. Good to see Randy Rhodes racing again. He ran 70 minutes on Sunday, so he can't say he's rusty anymore! A very special THANKS to all of the sponsors who donated there products. It was just plain FUN. Glad to here we will have club races to attend this summer. Now if they could just figure out how to AIR CONDITION the entire track! Good race Tommy, it was close the entire time! Thank You MUGEN RACING USA for donating a new MTX4R.
