You can make your own by modifying one of the off-road disk. I did this using a carbon disk. It was originally too big in diameter but I was able to sand it to the correct diameter. I am using bare brake plates on it.

On the MSR options parts....

Is the midshaft hollow or solid titanium, and whats the weight difference between it and the stock one.

Any plans on a hollow steel main shaft?

how's the performance of a carbor disc? I have a 3mm thick plain sheet of carbon and I could make my own disc just to try!
I'm however using teflon brake pads with two brake disc (one of them has a diff gasket glued with ca as spacer) and it works well, the mtx3 cooling spacer is too wide

Hi Seisick....I had an original brand new Penguin carbon fiber disc that was from my old Yokomo GT4. I adapted it to my TMG4S with bare plates and didn't like the feeling....first it has to warm up for several laps before it works, second once it works it is an on-off situation...it blocks....I tried all kinds of settings and couldn't get a predictable progressive braking...the more it warmed up, the more blocking braking it had......That is why i got the Mugen Teflon pads and with the K Factory vented disc problem solved, maybe it doesn't work on my TMG4S.....to light and no need for such heavy braking given by the CFD...
