I just got some new acer ceramics and the seals suck, they are made for off-road I think. They are really tight on the inner race and dont let the bearing spin free... I've never done it before, but would I be risking it to run them without seals?

hey is every hole on the chasis pretapped?

Cause the 1/2 4-40 look a little to big for the some spots.

No they are not. Most are 4-40 in size except for the bottom belt cover, that is 2-56.

Spur gear cover screws are normal 4-40 not 2-56.

well i guess since i got a new chassis and im doing all this work, where can i pick up a set of titanium screws?

Cheapest I found was on eBay. Think it was $33 plus little shipping.

62.99 i think. I like the lunsford screws if you are gonna get any but they are a little bit more costly.
