Kyosho Plazma Formula 1
Car is supposed to be out towards middle of November Even though Kyosho Japan has the manual posted there is little information out about it. Does anybody know if you will be able to run a tamiya narrow front end? Any additional information or links for car would be welcome.
Thanks

So is ther any more news and reviews about this car?
There seems to be no one making hop-up parts for the car, is it too new or just not of interest?

I'm building one up now, to race outdoor on asphalt with rubber tires (as per local rules here). Front ride height issue can be sorted out by shaving 2-3mm off the lower front arm plate, to give you at least 5-6mm. Will post some pics once car is complete. So far I've found the kit quality to be awesome. One running at my local club, very quick outdoor on it's debut run straight out of the box Hope some red anodised upgrades come out soon..hint hint Kyosho

With these tires mounted, my front ride height was actually high (6.5mm). I lowered my car by 1mm with shims. The rear was good.
The only thing I do not like with these tires (and I'm not sure if it will be the same with all the rubber tire sets) the rear end looks narrower than the front.
This car was built for foams to have equal width front/rear.
We'll see how she handles...

Poblem with the pardus tires for on the F103 is they are designed for the F104. True they bolt right up to a F103 but the offset of the wheel is what makes the rear track so narrow. You would have to add 10mm's of shims on the axle on each side of the pod to make up the difference and get the rear to be 200mm like the front is.

I'll have to get a F103 rear specific rubber tire like Shimizu F103 Rear R1
