That's great Jason, glad that life is finally starting to work with you. Looking forward to see what you've had to put on hold.

Anyone still running their Copperhead 12? I picked up an almost new used one (with NFE) and love it. Can't wait for the new car to come out. Any news on this?

Hmm, been looking at where cars are at these days. Man, its crazy, thes cars really have gone unchanged for the past 2 years. Good to know. I feel confident just continuing from where i left off.

Would it be possible to change the front flex plate material to something like spring steel?

I think im going to phase out flex plates as standard and make them an option. I want to keep standard tuning parts common to other manufacturers. Being completely different makes the car hard to market due to parts support in different areas. I will have parts dedicated to this car only but i do not want them all to be.

Hey guys,

I have been working on the design of the new car and will say, i changed just about everything from what it was 2 years ago. Things just started rolling through my head and before i knew it, it was way different. Im going away from inline and back to conventional but managed to keep the chassis at about 3 1/2 inches wide at its widest point. It is taking some changes in pan car design to make this happen. I think you will all be a little weirded out by it as its not the norm. So much for keeping low key with the car

The return of BMI....now that's some good news !! Been waiting for a reason to jump into 12th scale. Just don't forget us asphalt drivers. Seems a shame how many people think 12th scale can't or shouldn't be run on asphalt.
You build it... I'm buyin'. Congrats Jason.
