Then you have the 1/8 buggies... Or was the GP10 out before 1/8 buggies?!

Default ALU rear hubs

I've seen the ALU rear hubs before for the OB4, but now I search everywhere for them and I can't seem to locate them. Does anyone know where I can get them?? I've had probs w/ them poping out.

Very nice Champ Edition there. If I wasn't waiting for thar CD3 I would spring for one of those now.

I sure hope the Pro version of the CD3 has the Centax and the carbon fiber pieces. Ofna dropped the ball IMO for not doing that with the LD3 Pro.

IDrinkNitro: The front springs are the greens (25lb?) from the Trinity spring set I bought when I raced a Reflex....

VRF201: All the pretty parts came with my Hong Nor LD3 Champion edition kit...the Champ car comes in that unique orange color only but Ofna USA offers the same alum option parts in a gunmetal color

havy: I think it was GPM or Megatech who made the aluminum rear hubs for the OB4.

So question for you all....

Does Ofna make an optional clutch disc for it's centax or does one from another manufacturers centax fit ? I'm wanting a really grippy disc for the tight high traction track I'll be racing on....

PS: Thanks for the nice comments on the ride....can't wait to kick some booty with it

Thanks, do you know by any chance who carries GPM?

I wish I could help you w/ the clutch but I'm still on the standard clutch. I've sanded mine to help the grip but I'm not sure if that will help on the centax. You might want to look at the mugen to see if it's got the similar set-up as far as parts go, the only thing I envy from my freinds running mugens is the response of their clutch set-up, that might be what your looking for.

good luck

Try the Mugen gray or red shoes. Delta and Werks also have MTX/MRX-3 shoes that fit.

Thanks Kevin, I just looked through some parts listings and the Mugen H0765 gray and H0769 red clutch shoe is for a four pin centax....the version of the Hong Nor centax I have has 3 pins

I did find this one in the HPI Proceed parts listing.....wonder if it might fit ?? Wonder too if the yellow material is softer or harder than what I have now

It's OD is 28mm and I got the Hong Nor one in my hand and it's 23mm on the OD...

Default Time to upgrade the clutch

Rather than upgrading the shoe, I think it'd be better to upgrade the whole clutch, especially if you're track is high bite.

Maybe go 0.8 gearing, the centax is MUCH bigger.
