Have you looked at the new rear arms yet?? I am puzzled as to why Kyosho have relieved materials from the arm. Took the shocks and camber link off yesterday and there is NO WAY that the middle inner brace of the arm will go anywhere near the diff outdrive during normal operation.
My thinking is that mayby Kyosho is planning to come up with new rear bulkheads and rear bulkhead caps to enable rear roll centre changes?

I haven't look at the rear arms hence I don't have one,. I only have the conversion Kit and I have to use my RR rear end.
for the pastic point of view. I think the new front arms that I've got is actually softer because I can easily twist them.
I will not surprise at all Kyosho will have new bulk head, all the competive car in the market now has lowered their 2 speed shaft and diff so it just a logical things to do.
one other thing is the 0.8 gearing is shorter then the normal which is good for the medium size track but for the big track like moorebank and Brendale it need the 24t pulley to make up the speed.

For your reference. The clutch bell has about 1mm gap from the chassis. I can easily slide a piece of tissue through this gap even I "pull" the bell to its outmost position.
For the battery, I glue 2 pieces of regular servo posts (long rectangular rod from electric car) below the battery mount and above the battery. It makes perfect position just at the chassis level.
You may also find the Square red brake pads.

You don't have to use a AAA receiver pack with the Evo do you?
I have a Venom 1100Mah Sub-C (I think ) pack, will that fit?

The AAA pack is lighter and their capacity (700Mah) these days is sufficient.
We don't need to carry around all that heavy electricity - that's what chargers are for.

check carefully on the holes on the upper deck. some holes around the bell crank area is to let you release the upper deck by dis engage the steering push rod. do you see the socket head of the screw?

tl2111 you're right the 0.8 module gear is very short. At Brendale on tuesday tried the standard gear from the conversion kit and it's way to short. ( reved it tits off ). At the moment I'm thinking of going back to the gearing that I had on the RR until I can get some higher gears from OS. ( Don't think there is any support here for the EVO yet ). I know this is a silly question but when you say 24 tooth pulley which one do you mean, any help would be appreicated. AMGRacer how's the EVO going, we'll have to get togeather for another squirt around Brendale soon, and how's that fw-05 coming along a few guys at Brendale would like to hear a report when you've done some more testing. Later guys got to see if this weather will clear need to run the EVO again today more fiddling is required.
