I have used Odonnell and OS plugs in Radical engines with no problems.

We have been running O'DONNELL T-97 plugs in the Jammin .21 and .28 this year with zero issues. Recommended by Matty Matt at Performance R.C. in IDAHO. Using WERKS 30%, both engines still run very strong.

I got my engine yesterday but no turbo button. I called OFNA customer service and the kid said it wasnt supposed to come with one. I dont beleive him but what can I do about it? I didnt own any standard plugs so I had to go out and buy some. Then when installing it I realized I had to bend my header to make the pipe sit parallel to my chassis. I hope it runs good for all this trouble.

Tried P6 and P3. IMO The P3 seems to be the best.
Continueing with breaking her in. She's had 4 tanks so far and very tight.
I hope she loosens up so I can rev her to peak rpm.

PTP- Both my P7Rs have standard plugs and are absolute Beasts. I had the original engine with the pressed-in crankpin and it was exchanged for the EVO2 motor after the pin walked out. I was SO happy, I bought another for a back-up. That was appx. 2 years ago. I don't run a lot of Buggy, but it convinced me to get a P9R in my Scale OnRoad and it too, is awesome
No Worries...

Thanks for the plug advice. I just found out from some locals that they also run the O'DONNELL T-97 plugs in their Jammin .21

Thanks

I got in running yesterday for a couple tanks and so far I'm impressed. It fired almost immediately and ran pretty good. The idle was low but once I got that adjusted It was good to go. I leaned the bottom end out to bring the temp up over 200F and its got a nice idle and seems to pull nice and smooth through the entire powerband with temps under 220F. Tomorrow I am going to take it to the track and see what it can do. Its always misleading how fast something is while running it on pavement.

Jay Halsey has told me to run hot plugs Picco or OS in all of the Picco motors I've had, JPX.21, P7-R Evo 2, JPX.28

Ok this is my take on the Jammin JPX21.
I ran the engine on 25% Sidewinder and must say its very easy to tune, it holds a tune forever and just wont flame out.
The engine still has some metal pinch and has loosened up considerably.

I can compare it to a Vspec and a Go21. Maybe you'll get the performance.
The Go makes lovely power very strong and on tap.
The Jammin's power is decieving. Not as snappy as the Vspec. Very smooth strong bottom end. I seem to constantly want to pull wheelies when powering after a landing.Ceceptive power.
I played on the track at race pace and got 10 min 30 sec on a 125ml tank.
I could push it to 11min probably. Engine tune still rich, running 210deg . I wouldnt opt for 10 min pitstops in a race but I should be able to pit comfortably at 7.5min.

The more I drive it the better it seems to perform. I'm using a JP3 and it screams, definitely has a high pitch scream of its own.
Its an excellent egine for winning races as its got everything you need, strong bottom end and midrange and screaming topend.
It idles consistantly, doesnt die for no reason. You dont have to swear at Marshalls because they are slow.
Yes definitely a new edition to my stable.
I prefer them over my Go's and Nova's.

Hey Jerseyboy I have a question for you. What pipeset are you running. I would assume a Jammin? I would tell you that you may find that snap on the bottom that your looking for with a 069 pipe. A bit different then the Jammin1,2,3. Try it you might like it unless you have. I have never had a issue with the bottom on any of the Picco based engines. Just need to add the right pipe. Also is the Jammin a turbo engine? ID not see if you can change the head button and there will be some more bottom power for you.

I'm using a JP3 and I like the engine as is. Its wicked and I will get another one for me soon.
I'll get me a 069 later to try.
Thanks

No problem I think that may help you a bit more with the bottom.
