Brushless motor that is recommended? 21.5 or 17.5 ? Is there any part that is necessary also to change?
1) I recommend brushless 13.5T or above (17.5, 21.5, etc) or Brushed silver cans, black cans are ok... anything faster the gears will be easily stripped.
Please make sure that you are running in NA / Blinky mode - which means No Boost, No Turbo mode.

2) I recommend to double check all bearings inside and outside the gear box are smooth, clean, and oiled so there wouldn't be any issues. (especially the 2 small ones inside the gearbox) - I personally change them every half a year or so.

The ball diff seems to run smoother than gear diff IMHO... but you will need to remember tighten the ball diff once in a while.

Ok , I will review the bearings every 6 months and give you oil frequently . Finally I will ride 17.5 LRP brushless drive spx with zero . The servo SAVOX 1251 will be the low profile black edition . It is recommended to mount an optional or piece more durable ? For now has used the differential gear to see what result gives

you can use the original motor mount and see if it is ok...
It is just the original silver motor mount is easily tweaked (Bend) in a big crash which might make gears inside to chew up

you can try by putting the motor mount plates on a piece of flat glass table and see if it is bend or not.. if it is.. I recommend getting the thicker optional ones or even the one made by Jet Racing (They are even more thicker than the optional one made by ABC)

I've bitten the bullet and ordered the Naked from RCMart, plus steel gears and extra springs. I'm going brushless 17.5t , possibly boosted. Can't wait to try it out !!

boost - I wouldn't recommend to set it or set it too high... as I have chewed my diff gears when I had my set to boosted 13.5t

congrats on your new car!

use countersink screws rather than button head screws... put a 1mm or 0.5mm space in between the bearing and the screw this should work

I know the manual said to use button screws... but I spacer + countersink screws works for me

Default Metal gear differential

Has someone tried to replace the 48T 48P plastic spur in the Gambado ball differential with a metal one from some other brand?

Original part:
