TFR

Try ordering the pinion sets from www.mdiracing.com. Send Les an email. He'll track them down for you. Here's the Tamiya part#'s

53101 0.4, 20T and 21T pinion
53102 0.4, 22T and 23T pinion
53103 0.4, 24T and 25T pinion

You might also want an extra spur just in case yours gets chewed up on race day! It's part# 53104 and comes with the 93T and 104T gear.

for 0.4 gears they are easy to find! you can use 64pitch gears which also works. and also the smaller size 0.4 is easy because other Tamiya cars uses it like the TA03

Tamiya should really put out more races per location they are race at per year... there is only one race in CA before the TCS final.... that kinda sucked....

Where can I friggin buy one? I would like to get that Tamiya #58235 Mclaren Mercedes MP4/13 kit. I can drive up to Tamiya. Do they sell direct? How much would it cost? I remember Tower used to have and was selling it for $130

Tambo: I was asking the same question about a week ago. I ended up finding a great deal for a used F103RS.

As for finding a brand new kit, Tower sells one with out the body, but I think they only have the F type body. Tamiya is either dumping their F1 lineup or they really are coming out with a F104, because the F103 chassis have all but disappeared from the shelves.

TambokGT

Which Kyosho kit do you mean? The F-Ten EP? If so, that's a superten size car (~1/9 scale) and it's not a pan car. It sounds like you want to run GTP body. You might also look at the Associated RC10L3. Everyone stocks parts and tires for that car.
