One time at TQ raceway (carpet) Calvin and I were battling back and forth for TQ (3min heat) and he ended up taking TQ honors while using a silver can vs my Speed Passion 21.5.

For the mains (which were 8 min) I ended up winning that because his silver can eventually blew up.

So I think anything less then 5 minutes both motors are pretty equal but after 5 minutes the silver can starts to overheat and tends to fade rapidly.

I've attached my just-built F104 Pro - I'll shorten the servo and ESC wires a little bit, yet. I'm guessing with the wires and the ESC, I might have to put half an ounce or so of lead on the other side to help balance it out.
Looks nice Kevin. I recommend no zip ties on the motor wires- keep them as free as possible so that the rear pod has extra movement. You might even try thinner motor wires as well. I also suggest non insulated sensor wire- gives the rear pod more freedom of movement also I think Stormer hobbies has extra flex sensor wires for pan cars.

Hope to race you soon!

I just wanted to make sure they didn't end up clipping the rear wheel/tire at all, but it's probably not a big concern since it seemed like I got the lengths right, so I'll remove it. I didn't think about how it might affect the suspension. I will look into the sensor wire, but I'm not crazy about changing all the motor wires and re-soldering everything.

After a TON of searching, i found this...the 3 racing wing pictured is for a f103rm and the tamiya f104 wing part is also labeled as a usable part for the f103.

the 3racing wing is awesome, you can really feel the difference in plane positions with that rear wing.
