team durango offers a front axle? that you can use the AE style bearing front wheels on. I think its listed as "imperial".
The vehicle can do stick packs in mid motor configuration. Only thing is watch spacing of the lipo relative to the servo you use. Personally I would say get a shorty servo if possible as I couldn't fit the little retaining block properly but who knows maybe its just me, and i am using the dime plastic chassis.
the avid slipper is a nice way to go to have cheap spurs or mod current spurs to fit. If you don't like doing that, and can find it, tresrey made something that would allow you to bolt on spurs from the likes of AE. Exotek should offer something like that.
Personally I liked that option or non avid spurs as there slipper gear cover (I run on dirt, not clay, etc) is not the best plastic in the world. the exotek cover I like doesn't fit the avid slipper. I also liked using RC Shox garolite slipper discs. works well. I went from glazing the heck out of the stock pads on carpet to actually using the slipper as I wanted.

I am right there with you. Going to stick with inline setup and continue to tune. If I can't get the rear end to settle the way I want may order the plan B chassis. Was waiting to see if the V3 changed the chassis any and it didn't. I am on indoor clay with med to high but depending on water level.

the plan b chassis, when is it appropriate to use? (high traction, low traction, etc)?
There is a front axle that does allow standard bearings. I had bought a pair but never used them so if anyone is interested in them, let me know.

The bad thing is i cant find that kind of chassis anywhere online for this buggy ?
But il say this i drove two B5M yesterday on clay and they are so stable and jump great with the square lipo pack felt easy to be faster with . Grated both where 4 gear MM and my was 3 gear MM on this buggy with the shocks mounted on the Rear end so I'm going to try 4 gear MM and see.
So yea with a chassis layout like that i believe this buggy would be even better not exactly sure why Durango dint do that inless the new DEX210 F is like that ?
Whats this Plan B chassis ?

shot plan b a message to see if they have anymore on the way and price. looks pretty trick
I was tempted to do the Plan B chassis but he only makes them in +11 length and that's just too long. I want the standard +8 only. I've currently got the short V1 chassis on it. The car still handles great.

what is the advantage or what tracks benefit with the chassis being so long and are there any concerns about body fitment when using a +8mm body?

Not sure I'm overly excited about the 210F. Very specific car for a very specific track. Doesn't appear that the bugs have been worked out just yet either.
And the v3 is basically a hex change - Still no Stadium truck!
I do like the new v3 body though

I'm not really sure what bugs there are with the 210F. I'm strongly thinking about getting one. The only thing that I'd definitely change is to run the long front tower like I do on my 210 and find a way to get my rear shock geometry on it.

Plan B chassis info
10mm longer than V1 stock, designed primarily for mid motor med. to high grip surfaces.
I have ran it on loomey step pin tracks with pretty good results with minimal set up changes.
If anyone would like more specific info shoot me an email [email protected] or do a search on facebook planbrc

I was pretty surprised myself how well the durango worked when we ran road course with them. everyone else able to have the vehicles lower than mine, etc. but the durango was like on rails and just stupid fast. And this was with a dog stock motor in the 17.5 class. Probably why the vehicle is still here lol.
