I believe Novarossi has a guideline somewhere on their website. I know the little "manual" that is included with the engine has this info.

Else, check with Motorman. He has a website here.

On power or off power? On power steering increases.

Thanks D, I will set it up and try it your way. This is your tight track setup I take it? So running 37 front and 40 rear did you notice the car being loose in the rear?

And look at Hudy's previous posts, he has never had anything good to say in all his 57 posts. I am sure he is hust a sucky driver that finds problems with everything anyways.

um... I dont remember, maybe so,
i just know I drove so good this sunday !!! and I LOVE MY CAR !

... actually the only time i had little steering was at the end of the stratway into a sweeper, this was off power or the brakes a little, i thought this way because both front wheel were spining ver fast compared to the rears that have the dif action

I run my MTX3 with a solid and have loads of on power steering but can't stand that off power push. Is this pretty much common....taking the good with the bad?

quick tips:
Add your front camber.

Yup. I used to use front solid before I installed the front ball diff. I used it on very tight track as well as reasonably large tracks.

The rear end is very planted even though with softer front and harder rear tires. You will notice another thing which is equal front and rear wear rate which is what I like best ! The steering is also excellent on and off power.

Do you like using the front ball diff more than the solid axle?

You increase the off power steering with the softer front tires,, less caster, loosening the rear diff a little and playing around with the shocks a little. If I wanted more turn in, the rear shocks would go one hole up higher on the shock tower.
