i got a proper servo saver off ebay (i will get you the link in a bit) and it is identical to losi's own (that you get with xxx4 etc) and it works a treat.
i just used servo tape to fix my servo in (as the holes on the lugs are different to the ones on the standard servo

i just dont see why anyone would want an aluminum mini-t chassis. the stock plastic chassis is strong enough. plus its not like the thing is going 10 feet into the air from a jump, the car cant get enough air to make it land hard. if it does land from a jump, the plastic chassis should be plenty strong. i guess people just like the look of an aluminum chassis, even though it might not help. just like those companies that make billet reciever boxes for the t-maxx. its not like the receiver case is in any danger, the thing is just adding weight to the truck.

what is the fastest motor you can put in the mini-t and best battery? Is there any chance of getting up to 30mph with the mini?

I just order a Mini T from my local hobby shop?
I was wondering about the losi oil shocks i heared they leak. I was wondering what I could do to prevent them from leaking?
Like replacing the stock o rings with aftermarket o rings?
What is another brand of shocks that would fit the Mini T?

The Losi shocks work good.
Try these tips from Team Losi.

If you do get a set that leaks, send them back to Team Losi, and they'll send you the new seals.

Check out the GPM oil shocks. They are supposed to be really good! Mine are still in the mail. Got them for $23 off eBay from Hong Kong.

Battery Building???
How do I go about building battery packs (6 cell) for my Mini-T? I have the tools and materials needed to build the packs, I just can't figure out how the cells are assembled/soldered end-to-end?
Is there another way?
I've assembled many sub-C pack for my TC.

They use a flexible copper wire. I'm not sure where you can purchase it though. Maybe contact www.TeamHelotes.com since they use it on their packs.

The losi shocks work great. I've found that o-rings from a Traxxas pro .15 carb fit perfectly and seal those shocks tighter than a frog's @$$.
If you want the ultimate speedster, get Castle creations Mamba brushless system and a thunder-power 1900mah 11.1 li-poly battery from Horizon. AT LEAST 28mph. The speed is mind blowing for such a little truck.
Oh yeah, try 30 weight in the shocks, it makes the truck much more stable at high speeds.
