the 1st thing i did i took it apart cleaned out all of the original oils then I filled it with 10,000 OFNA diff fluid in the rear. After a few runs is smoother than my ball diff, the front gear diff i did the same but Im running 120,000 OFNA diff fluid.

The gear diff screws which hold it together, are you not suppose to do them up tight? My gear diff binds when I do them up tight.

You know what I'm going to say. I really like tight screws.

Did you take the internal gears apart? Make sure the shims are seated properly on the outdrive shaft.

I found that it helped to orient the case the same way it came apart when changing oil. If the case halves are 180 deg out, they get a little notchy. I've now marked the cases for future reference. Anyone else find the same?
