I'm with you. I wouldn't mind some steel front driveshafts for my MI3 and especially since spools are hard on parts anyway why not strenghten the driveshafts if they can. Maybe they have some that I don't know about because I just never asked PW.

Never had problems with alum. shafts on my MI2 EC or MI3 but I would like steel fronts and alum rears.

Thanks mate, nowaday, the speed of the car is more and more, and all of us is driving with spool, drive hard and break hard.strenghten the front drive axles is a better way to go.

Cheers

the shaft is from the original mi2 and the axle part is kit mi3, the original driveshaft axle part from the mi2 is different,so I used the new axle, barrel roller, pin.

Just got back from the recent BTCC at WestLondon. I was racing i 19t class and did't expect much as i hadn't been able to get to the track on the Saturday, that all soon changed when i qualified 7th in the A . I eventually finished 8th because my tire warmers weren't switched on...oh well live and learn i guess . First final i got hit on the last lap when i was in a comfortable 5th so that dropped me down to 6th then because of the warming issues i finished 10th in the 2nd final to give me 8th overall.
