I need to get ahold of Jon to warranty a pack. What's the best way. He hasn't responded to my PM in a couple days. I know he doesn't check them often.

my 6k 60c got a bad connection in it. Lawn darted a double and the pack died.

Anyone run into this or know how to fix it? I pulled apart the case and didn't see anything bad but I didn't want to dick with it.

FYI, the site does work. I used it as a beta test for Jon when I ordered my shorty. Discount code option works as well, once Jon gives you a code.

I would bet the tab pulled apart, when you take apart look where the connections go and make sure its still soldered on.

Thanks folks for keeping this thread busy.

As 20Smoke said, I'm now working and with the horrible commute I'm away from home 15 hours a day during the week. I get most Fridays off though.

Currently have 55 shorty packs, 20 stick, and 3 saddles in stock. We have the final race of our NW Showdown series tomorrow and Sunday. First time racing in over a month!
Site works and can be found in my sig or Racer1812. Team Drivers that have signed up on the site will be issued a coupon code. MTech - that definitely includes you buddy!

We've had a couple issues with the 6k/60c packs. I'm working on finding a cause and will warranty any packs that fall in that category.

Jamie - AKA "20smoke" is the team manager as he said. I simply cannot keep up and he volunteered to help. He's been with HV for a lot longer than I have and was one of Johnny's (founder who ran HV for 7+ years before I took over) original drivers. He's done amazing things for Johnny back then and me now. He can answer most questions and I'll work even harder keeping him up to date on what's new.

I am fielding these 5000mah 35c packs this weekend and am sending him one afterward to get additional feedback. Depending on what he says about them (and I want the truth!) I'll start stocking them.

Racer1812 has been extremely helpful as well and has done great things for me. Also very appreciated. There are many others out there too and I thank you all!
