Just a little story.

About 6 or 7 years ago I started racing R/C. I bought my first matched packs from Promatch. I was running them in my HPI Pro with as a saddle pack. My first day at the races I accidentally shorted a pack together while putting it in the car. ZAP, big sparks!!! It damaged one of the cells. I called Promatch to try and purchase a simular cell to replace it. Well Jeff just sent me a new one at no charge, not even shipping!! At that moment they got me as a customer for life. I haven't bought a lot of packs over the years but I always buy Promatch. I just purchased three IB3800 packs, 470+ 1.180+ for less than the price of two else where.

Just thought I'd share.

No, seriously. If the cell's not punctured, it's notlikely to be damaged...

I just spoke with Erika today and she told me they had a sale on the 3800 cells. Correct me if I'm wrong Erika.
Hope that helps.
