The main downfall to me of lower end jr radios and spektrum radios including the dx3r is the cheap throttle trigger feel. and the giant throttle to break throw. once i got my m11 i got faster on the track because i felt better and mor comfortable driving with it

the main thing is find one that feels comfortable to you

Brandon, if you are looking for feel---check out the Ko Propo Helios EX10. Has all the features of the m11 and best balance of any radio. I wouldn't be choosing between the dx3r and m11, it would be m11 and Helios ex10.

And Wyd, you don't have to use the airtronics 2.4--you can use any of the Spektrum receivers provided you use the Spektrum module for the m11.

Ive had the M8, M11 & dx3r. I liked the M8 better than the M11 but I like the dx3r better than both the others.

just get the dx3r its new its faster and it comes with 2 recievers for $300 the m8 is old and you're paying half of what you would for something brand new. its a no brainer in my eyes on top of the fact you get a warrenty with the dx3r and we all know when you buy used things they break the next day. just man up and get the new radio
