That's the best outdoor 12th scale track I've ever had the pleasure of racing on

I try to make it up that way a few times a year.
Kev & Eric know how to make it fun.
You should have been there yesterday. Great layout and the traction was off the hook! Eric did a fantastic job getting the track ready after it got trampled during the off-road nats last week

We're pretty lucky to have a facility like this in our backyard. Thanks to Kevin and Eric for all their hard work

The Plasma looks like a really nice car to me, 1/12th cars always resemble each other by simple definition so guys saying they copied this or that really doesn't make sense. As far as it resembling the TOP 12: It's red and the front upper suspension arm looks similar, that's all I see.

And that makes you the lucky one as we no longer have a carpet track to practice on. We'll be making a trip down to TQ at least once for testing

Kyosho Japan released first information on the upcoming Plaza Ra 1/12 scale pan car chassis. Named after the iconic line of Plazma on-road chassis the new addition that will hit the stores at the end of December 2011 is a rather conventional affair with designed around the common 1S LiPo batteries with a rear link suspension, side damper tubes and made for standard US-type wheels. The red anodised aluminium parts are standard as is the oil-filled centre shock absorber. We bring you more detailed information as soon as it is available on the english language Kyosho site.

Given the current trend of running batteries inline,(ie CRC Xi, On-point conversion, Speedmerchant Rev 7, Serpent S120LT) would Kyosho be holding release of this current version and redesign it for inline battery mounting?

Sideways centered battery position is better anyway. Kyosho made the right move. Every TQ and almost every Vegas winner had the cross pack. Of the 4 mentioned above, only one is inline.

Is there another more "English" friendly site that has it listed for sale?

edit: Just checked the exchange rates. Maybe its not a good time to get one right now.
