I would think the 1.25v packs were not matched at 35amps. I have seen Orion cells that are 1.25v, but they are matched at 30amps if I am correct. My best SHV cells come in at 1.231 at 35amps, 0.9v cutoff. However i always said that you can't realy compare numbers from different matchers, as they all have slightly different ideas and processes etc.

i dun think that the SHV cell will be more than 1.3 volt the max the cell can get is i think is 1.299 due to because of the recharger cell is stated 1.2 volt only.

I bought 4 packs of the Trinity's IB4200's and they seem pretty flat for 1.218 IR 1.7 at 35amp .90 cutoff, 2 locals purchased some of their pack and theysaid there 3800's felt stronger I might have to try someout some SMC 4200 packs.

Note, Trinity IB's come in from a different source then SMC's. I heard some people say SMC is getting better cells.

As much as I wish this were true... ...it is not. Everyone gets the same cells.

Our TM-4s are set at .90v with the full voltage runout. All the info is sent directly to Turbolabel to print the labels. That being said it's very easy to have the info sent into a PC and have the numbers manipulated.

One thing I find strange is that every company who claims they have a special system to match cells all seem to have better looking numbers. I would have allot more respect for a company who claims they have a better system but it would actually have lower numbers. The fact is that many racers are looking to buy the best looking numbers so companies will try and make the numbers look as good as possible and then if you ask them why the pack is off by 40 seconds and .12 in voltage they say that it's because it was matched using a different system.

Paul has no clue as to what he ran at the Worlds as we scratched off the numbers. For you curious racers I can tell that they were 450 with 1.23 voltage 1.5-1.6

We have been using the same tips as the 3800/4200s. Go to our charging section on our website for some tips.

other then SMC who else do match for because at 75 bucks a pop I expexcted more from trinity who claims to have the most honest numbers in the in business. I borrowed a TQ cell 1.205 3800 pack from a friend which is about 3 months old and it was stronger then a brand new Trinity IB 4200 1.218
