Anything on a forum will be pure speculation no matter how credible someone says there source is. The fact is, this motor is banned. Period. If ROAR decides to rescind that ban, they are not going to announce it here. They will post it on their site. That's it. There is no more info to have. Just bickering and finger pointing drama.

What updates are you expecting?
The D3.5 has been found illegal and ROAR have banned it. That's it, end of story. Bickering on any forum isn't going to change anything.
