No problem. James. Sorry I could not make it out there. Some stuff came up for this weekend and being in b'field next week for the JBRL wieghs in on that. I wish I could have done some electric racing because of that but not in the cards.

Our first shipment of GT 1.1 SP speed controls are in!!! 
If you want one and haven't emailed me, do so now. The
pre-orders have been really terrific! We aren't supposed to
talk "price" on this forum, so email me and I can give it to you.
Motors will be here soon too. I will post when they arrive and
are "in hand" !! You may pre-order, but as most of you know,
we NEVER take money unless I have your item ready to ship!

has agreed to call the race. See a lot of you there!!

Hey all...Figured I'd (finally) post some results 
After about a year layoff from racing the "bigger" scale (been running mini-z for the last year), I broke out the ol' TC3 modified for dirt oval..
Threw in a Banzai KD19 and some year-old slingshot cells, went out and quaified 3rd in main (only 1 heat), 2 laps off TQ pace - not too bad considering I've never run dirt oval before and didn't get a clean run in any qualifier
Got a holeshot at the start and didn't look back Won the main by 2 laps over 2nd and 2 laps OVER the TQ pace...
Now I can't wait to see how the next race goes - now that I got 1 day of racing under my belt :sneay:

For those of you who need at motel room in Bakersfield!
Bones gave us a heads-up, so thanks Bones! If you go
to Priceline.com, and put in a $40.00 bid on a 3 star motel,
you can get a room at the Sheridan for a total with tax,
of $52.00!! Bakersfield motels can be kind of expensive,
and the Motel 6's are terrible! Just thought I'd pass this
along, that's where we'll be!! Anybody else have any good
rates, post them!

The weather report says 62 deg. on Sunday for the Bakersfield
JBRL race! Can that be true???????? If so, Jimmy will be
declared a genius for the timing of this race! Other years we
have almost died from the heat there!
I only have a couple hoodies left, large, xlg. and 2xl and only
1 or 2 of each size. If you need one email me, I will be taking
them with me to Bakersfield. I have sweatshirts available in
all sizes. Regular T-Shirts are also in short supply, so if you
want one, email me soon! Thanks guys, the shirts, sweatshirts
and hoodies have been a big hit, and we've received a LOT of
compliments on them! And of course, our babies are AWESOME
in their baby-wear, and the kids in the jr. sizes look great too!
