In general, yes. Same on positive and negative? Not always. It depends on the wear characteristics of the brush. If you can try to go somewhat lighter on the negative side, if the brush bounces, go back to a heavier spring. If the lighter spring doesn't cause brush bounce, but the motor is slower, go back to the heavier spring.

So we've come up with a crawler motor that now puts out 50% more torque than an Integy lathe/crawler motor, also with higher RPM. Details will be on the site soon..

I was more talking about our other motor...the one that will retail for 39.95 and has a retarded amount of torque while keeping the wheel speed up. It's actually a 35t, has more torque than anything anyone has put out in a standard brush motor/can configuration, and has enough RPM to make my Axial do wheelies... So much torque that it has maxed out the dynos...

Garrett won't go. Something about not wanting to room with me because I won't cuddle with him. It's always a new excuse with him, basically it comes down to this: he sucks at on road. I suck at on road too, I'm just man enough to admit it and go have fun anyway.
