I think 2050 would Brit best on 3s. Perhaps you could run two smaller 3s in parallel. I'm going to run two 2200 mah 55c 3s in series for my 1400kv motor. I should be able to make 10 minute mains easily like that. For practice, I'm going to pickup two 4000 maharaja 3s hardcase lipos.

If your motor is too much on 4s, you can always smooth it out with expo on the radio. You can also lower your throttle epa. I plan on doing this to my setup, because I'm only going to run this car indoors.

Enjoy piecing this beast together, I sure did! One thing I'm glad I used was a power drill. Those screws will give you some nice arm pump after awhile.

Get mine on Tuesday, no just have to decide between Tekin and the new LRP for esc and motor.
oOple now have a dedicated Serpent manufacturers thread so perhaps we could get a sticky for set ups. I keep looking online for set ups but at the moment there does not seem to be a dedicated area for these, and the Serpent website only has the base set up and a blank sheet.

Mine is now at home waiting for me! Can't wait to start wrenching. Hopefully this thing will be on the track by tomorrow evening. Not sure which electronics setup to run though. I have the 1900 and 1400 tekin motors.
