Anyone know what servo Naoto uses? Looks like an aircraft servo of some kind, Sanwa I'm guessing?

I will willingly pit my CRC against any AE, Serpet, Speedmerchant, BMI, TOP, or whatever you show up with.

Then throw in the variable of driving style and you've got a interesting puzzle hence complete package to achieve
Testing rules over all theory IMHO
See you at the regionals
RC cars are strange, sometimes you do something that's not suppose to work and it does and sometimes what's suppose to work doesn't

Aren't the regionals at TQ in Chino sometime in January? At least its not cold there or camping out in the parking lot in this old pickup would really suck.
I know fast is fast, one guy at my track who no longer runs 1/12 had the WEIRDEST setup on an old Trinity 1/12 T-bar car (last generation of brushed motor and NiMH timeframe). It would turn in its own axis, had about 15 degrees of toe-out, shaved the steering arms and mounts so it would have even more throw, and hauled ass.

Camping is awesome
The car corners flat regardless.
Seems with the CRC cars it's a bit different, not that I have tried one, but I have tried to help other racers with them, and the CRC cars just work better with stiff settings.
Maybe the GenXi will be different ?
Soft setups work well on the inline R5.

Hey guys,
i'm about to start 1/12 scale racing with a xray X12 and would like to know if there are any spares or option parts that i should buy?
A rear (new steel axle) and some front axles are already on my list in case of a serious crash but what else could break?
Because we have no dealer with parts around at our track i would like to have all neccesary parts with me.
Would be be glad if anybody could give me an advice which parts should be in my bag.
cheers

I just finnished building my X12. I will be running it with a 13,5T and Novak Kinetic ESC just for fun really. Just need to get some practice during winter.
Carpet is old and worn in my local track, and temps are (very) low.
Any tips to make the winter as problem free as possible? I’m thinking tires setup/maintenance, setup tips and so on.
