what motor are u running? if it's a 8.5-10.5 or higher, you should be good to go without the fan as long as your geared right!

I run my fan vertically mounted in front of the esc. Body clears and keeps temps cooler. Can post a pic later if you want.

i used to run a havoc pro sc w/o the fan with a 10.5 ballistic with lots of timing on the ESC and it was fine. well maybe not, it was about 150F, but it was well within novak's temp limits.

Is the difference between 20 degree caster blocks and the 30 degree caster blocks noticeable?

Totally noticeable...you wouldn't even be able to hang on to the car with 20's on it. Stick with the 30's.

that should be a good starting point, and then make adjustments at the track depending on how your car is handling, track conditions, etc. but that should be a good starting point

Default Quick question

When using the Kyosho springs in the front for the b4.1, are they the dark yellow or light yellow springs? Thanks

I have never run kyosho shock springs, but I think someone else can answer your question if you tell them what the track is like that you run on. But then again, there might be only one that fits, i just use associated shocks

Thanks. Are you running silvers or browns up front? Are you running the limo chassis?
