what's the oil change associated to a piston change to keep static (ie non pack) damping equal?

Say - what oil is needed with a #2 piston to get the same static damping as a #1 piston with AE 35WT oil? same question with #3 of course (although I've only ever used 1's and 2's...)... Either this can be measured empirically or approximated via smart calculations...

thanks

It's not really a linear correlation, but roughly about 5wt difference between pistons.

That does seem to be more precise than whacking the wall with the front end. I usually just run the front just on the "in" side of even since I have no fancy toe gauges.

Kurt/Chris -

Now that we know the B4.1 will have hex available (front/rear), what is the status on the T4.1?

I think a lot of folks would prefer to lose the pin in a T4, even more than a B4.

Thx!

The blue wheel spacer is removed with the use of AE hex rear adaptor, right?

Hexes = adjustability (wheel spacing) more than just durability. I think alot of you are losing and/or haven't gained sight of this...

Eyeballing a twathair of toe-out.

ThunderbirdJunkie never understood how to set toe with the RPM gage...he's had one for years.
