Have you got any details? (ie product numbers/images)

If what you say is true than just about any car can use the 12R5 front end.

Default XRay XII Active Brace

Does anyone know if the XRay XII active front brace can be adapted to other reactive caster front ends like the older CRC or AE versions?

Here -
http://www.lefthander-rc.com/catalog...oducts_id=1929

And here - (to match the horrible red on a CRC)
http://www.lefthander-rc.com/catalog...oducts_id=1930

Also available in black, but Lefthander is out of stock.

With those blocks you can mount up the R5 on any car that has spacing/holes to mount the original dynamic strut front end. (CRC, AE L-series, BMI, Speedmerchant, etc..)

CRC used to make pretty much the same brace for the dynamic strut front end, but I can't seem to find any mention of it anywhere.

The Xray one looks like it would work, though. I know the holes are there in the old caster blocks as well as the R5 blocks.

the guy at left-hander told me that eventhough they show it as out of stock to order it any way or call and he will get it in.

I believe those have been discontinued
Check HERE
No current plans on bringing back the 1S saddle lipo. Demand was huge when we released the packs. Now with practically every 1/12 using straight packs, we are focusing our efforts on producing the best 1S straight packs AND 2S pack.

Damn

Thanks Chris Moore & RedBullFixx. I guess the only way to run LiPos now in my 12L4 would be by drilling the chassis (for the battery tape) and running a 1S pack on one side of the chassis, with the electrics on the other side ?

From what I've read it takes abit to get everything balanced but yes that may be your best option. You might ty looking for some packs in the WTB thread, somebody may have a couple not being used.

I can confirm that for the saddle packs. Just ordered 2 inline packs today. Couldn't pass up the 5200 50Cs for $25 each.

Well, just ordered my CRC Gen-XL, I also bought the second motor mount and the full-boxed pod top plate so its like a Gen-XL+ or something. Hoping to go faster with it, maybe donate my old Carpet Knife to a deserving kid or something.
